Christmas Hours! Dec. 10, 11, &12 10am to 5pm Dec. 17, 18, & 19 10 am to 5 pm This year we have had lots of folks who have been planning ahead for the holidays! Orders from our fine retailers/gift shops have been coming in since October and still keep coming in as this is written! And our orders from individual customers are just beginning to come in now! This is all well and good, but has presented a challenge to us as we are so very limited in our production quantities. Remember... Debbie is the only person who hand-paints the pottery! It takes time for her to place her delightful images on each and every item! It is for this reason that we have not had the time to pre-make as much Christmas pottery as we have in the past. Because we have been low in stock ready to sell, we have not advertised our Christmas season pottery studio hours until now. As each day passes, it will become more difficult for you to get your Christmas order completed in time for delivery by Christmas! The solution is for you to get your order in NOW... and not dilly-dally around any longer! Last year, we sold a large number of Gift Certificates to customers who waited too long to place their order or visit our pottery studio in person to make their purchase. Please consider this as an available option for your shopping convenience! If you would like to make a personal appointment to come to the pottery studio at other dates and times, you must contact us well in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes as we are able. *************************** Price increase is coming January 1, 2012 Our last price increase was in 2008 and many items retained their same price point since the previous increase in 2005! As you are aware, costs for everything have risen considerably. In an effort to provide the best value and service to our customers, we have absorbed all cost increases and not passed them on to you. We can no longer do this and must raise our prices and shipping costs to better reflect what it now costs us to stay in business and put food on the table. We believe that we offer exceptional value to our customers by providing a very unique line of high-quality, hand-made, hand-painted pottery... and have done so for over 35 years!
